Have a correction, a question we haven’t answered in one of the guides, or a business inquiry? Drop us a line below. We read every message that comes through; we don’t always answer every one personally, but everything informs how we update the site.

What we can help with

  • Factual corrections. If you’ve spotted an error in one of our guides — wrong year, wrong circuit designation, wrong speaker for a particular model — we want to know. Specific citation or primary source helpful but not required.
  • Identification questions on common models we cover in our guides. We can usually point you to the section that answers your question, and if the question is one we haven’t covered, that’s good feedback for what to add next.
  • Editorial inquiries from writers, journalists, or guitar industry professionals.
  • Business inquiries, partnerships, or sponsored content opportunities.

What we can’t help with

  • One-on-one amp identification for unusual or rare specimens via email. The information density of a clear photograph and a detailed description in a public forum thread (The Gear Page or TDPRI) will get you a faster and more reliable answer than we can provide privately.
  • Repair questions beyond what’s already in our guides. We are not amp technicians; we cannot diagnose hum, hiss, or biasing problems. For repair, find a qualified vintage amp tech in your region.
  • Appraisals. For high-value amps ($5,000+), we recommend a written appraisal from a qualified vintage amp specialist before buying, selling, or insuring.
  • Negotiation help on private sales. We don’t broker, mediate, or weigh in on disputes between buyers and sellers.

If your question is about dating or identifying a specific Fender amp, please check our complete Fender tube amp serial number guide first. The answer is very likely in there, and you’ll get to it faster than waiting for an email response.
